摘　　要：在急诊过度拥挤的环境下,预检分诊起着至关重要的作用。通过研究国内外常用的急诊预检分诊工具,发现我国分诊还处于探索和起步阶段,目前还没有统一的分诊工具,国内部分医院正在由"分科分诊"向"分级分诊"模式转变,开始尝试建立符合自身情况的分诊工具;而国外许多急诊分诊系统已经标准化。因此提出要研究制定统一严谨、规范科学、方便实施的分诊工具,使急诊护士能够有章可依,准确地掌握具体的量化指标,提高急诊分诊的整体水平,保障患者就医安全。在分诊工具研制以后,还需要对分诊工具进行信效度的评价,在实践中对该工具进行完善。In the emergency department overcrowding environment, triage system plays a vital role. Through the study of common emergency pre triage tool at home and abroad, found that China＇s diagnosis is still in the exploration and the initial stage, there is no unified triage tool. Some hospitals in China are changing from ＂department triage＂ to ＂grading triage＂, and they began to try to establish triage tools in line with their own conditions; Many emergency triage systems have been standardized abroad. Therefore to study and formulate a unified standard scientific, rigorous, triage tools to facilitate the implementation of the emergency nurse center,grasp the specific quantitative indicators accurately, improve the overall level of emergency triage, guarantee patient safety.After the development of triage tools, it is necessary to evaluate the reliability and validity of the triage tools,and improve the tool in practice.
