摘　　要：创新主体的行为模式和微观经济约束是区域创新体系的主要微观特征,是构建区域创新体系微观动力机制的基础。区域创新体系具有三层结构,创新主体在不同结构层迁移,形成知识动力和制度动力,影响区域创新体系的发展演化。区域创新网络是区域创新体系的核心,是创新合作形成的前提。区域创新体系中,创新主体的行为模式受社会规范、创新诱因、好奇心和创新绩效等多重因素影响,是创新主体在不同结构层进行迁移的原因,构成区域创新体系的核心内生动力。创新合作微观经济约束包括触发条件、匹配条件、交换条件和维持条件,表现为社会网络的外部特征,共同推动区域创新体系的发展。The action modes and microeconomic constraints of innovation agents are main features of regional innovation system （RIS） in microeeonomics view. It＇s also the basement for building mieroeconomies mechanism mode of RIS. RIS has three levels structure. And innovation agents transfer in these different levels.The activities of innovation agents influence the evolution and development of RIS by the forms of knowledge-dynamic and institution-dynamic.Regional innovation network is the core content of RIS and the premise forinnovation cooperation. The action modes of innovation agent are affected by nmlti-factors,such as social norms,innovation incentives,curious, innovation performance. Action modes choosing mechanisms are the main endogenous dynamic of RIS and can e： plain the reasons of innovation agenttransferring activities. The microeconomic constraintsin RIS are consisted by triggering condition, matching condition,exchanging condition and continuation condition. These constraints are the social-network characters of innovation network and jointly prompt the development of RIS.
