摘  要:采用相转移催化法制备烯丙硫基乙酸,并用阴离子色谱进行烯丙基氯转化率的定量分析,研究了反应物配比、催化剂用量、温度和pH对烯丙基氯转化率的影响。通过单因素试验确定了反应最佳条件为硫代乙醇酸与烯丙基氯物质的量比为1.6∶1,氢氧化钠与烯丙基氯物质的量比为3.4∶1,四甘醇与烯丙基氯物质的量比为0.135∶1,温度110℃,时间1.5h。在此条件下,烯丙基氯的转化率为80.25%。利用~1 H-NMR、质谱和红外光谱对烯丙硫基乙酸的结构进行了表征,结果表明该产物是烯丙硫基乙酸。Allyl sulfonium acetic acid was prepared by phase transfer catalytic method,and quantitatively analyzed by anion chromatograph.The effects of reactant ratio,catalyst dosage,temperature and pH on allyl chloride conversion rate was studied.The optimum reaction conditions was determined by single factor experiment.The optimal mole ratios of thioglycolic acid and allyl chloride,sodium hydroxide and allyl chloride,tetraethylene glycol and allyl chloride were 1.6∶1,3.4∶1,0.135∶1respectively at 110 ℃ for 1.5h.Under such condition,allyl chloride conversion rate could reach to 80.25%.The chemical structure of allyl sulfonium acetic acid was analyzed by ~1 H-NMR,mass spectrum and FT-IR,and its composite was identified as allyl s-based acetic acid.
