摘　　要：社会工作倡导是社会工作者实务过程中需要承担的重要职责和使命,但是,目前在中国的社会工作实务中,社会工作倡导的运用还不够普遍。社会工作倡导作为一个工作方法,在知识层面,还存在一些不明确的问题,例如:倡导的内涵和外延到底是什么?应该如何开展有效倡导?在不同情境下,需要采取怎样的策略?在中国社会背景下,应该怎样开展有效倡导?文章从文献回顾入手,系统梳理社会工作倡导的概念、策略以及开展倡导的情境,并以上海某机构开展的失独家庭倡导服务为例,来讨论如何开展有效倡导,以期为未来的社会工作倡导实践提供经验和借鉴。Social work advocacy has been and is still a major mission and responsibility for social workers in their practice. However, there is some gap in term of knowledge about advocacy, for instance, what is the concrete definition of and extensive elements for the concept of advocacy？ What kind of strategies should be applied in different contexts？ How to advocate effectively？ What kind of roles should social workers play in advocacy？ What is the effective strategy for advocacy in China today？ This paper starts with the literature review, trying to explore the concept of advocacy, strategies and skills for effective advocacy. A case of social advocacy for the families that lost their only child will be analyzed to explain how to advocate effectively in China. Suggestions and lessons are provided for future practice.
