摘  要:黄酮类化合物广泛分布于自然界中,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等多种生物活性。近年来的临床研究和试验表明,黄酮类化合物对机体免疫系统也具有重要的调节作用,主要通过影响免疫器官、细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫以及免疫相关信号传导通路[核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、Toll样受体(TLR)和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路]来发挥免疫调节作用。本文通过查阅国内外文献针对黄酮类化合物对动物机体的免疫调节作用及其分子作用机制相关研究进行了综述,以期为揭示黄酮类化合物免疫调节作用机制以及为兽医临床免疫调节中药的开发提供研究思路和方法。Flavonoids compounds are widespread in nature and have a variety of biological functions such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, antioxygenation and so on. In recent years, clinical stud- ies and experiments have showed that flavonoids also play an important role in immune regulation. Flavonoids are able to express immune regulation by affecting immune organ, cellular immunity, humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity, and the immune related signal pathways E nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-KB) , Toll like receptor and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway ]. In order to provide research meth- ods and ideas for the research and development of traditional medicineand veterinary clinical immunology and the research of the immune regulation of flavonoids, we reviewed the immune regulation effect and mechanism of flavonoids on animals according to domestic and foreign literatures.
