摘　　要：遇油膨胀封隔器以特殊的可膨胀橡胶作为密封核心部件,将其硫化在基管外壁上,并在两段辅以固定装置,经介质浸泡后膨胀达到密封环空的目的 ,具有结构简单、安装方便、坐封可靠、全通径、多次膨胀自动补偿环空间隙及永久密封等优势。通过对其密封性能的影响因素研究,可知:其对地层水和酸不敏感;膨胀介质(原油/柴油)黏度越小,膨胀速度越快;井下温度越高,膨胀速度越快;橡胶体越厚,膨胀后外径越大,密封效果越好。在阿姆河气田现场应用结果表明,平均单井产能达到50×10~4m^3/d的高产气井在大斜度井/水平井Φ215.9mm裸眼段中应用遇油膨胀封隔器分段完井管柱,通过尾管悬挂方式一次入井,坐封后承压达到70MPa,满足工艺要求。橡胶材料优化、液压坐封和膨胀坐封相结合是解决遇油膨胀封隔器胀封速度慢、短胶筒封压能力低、长胶筒下入困难等问题的研究方向之一。Special swellable rubber is the core sealing part of the oil-swellable packer,which is vulcanized on the external wall of the base tubes and then fixed.It may play the role of sealing annular space after soak by a kind of medium.It has the advantages of simple structure,convenient installation,reliable bore, automatic compensation of annular clearance through swell many times and permanent sealing The influencing factors of its sealing performance were researched.The results show that it is not the formation water or acid;lower viscosity of the swelling medium （oil/diesel） is,faster swelling temperature is higher,the swelling is faster;the outside diameter is larger after the swelling and setting, full and so on. sensitive to is ; downhole sealing effect is better with thicker rubber body.The application in Amu Darya River gas field shows that the oil-swellable packer was applied to completion pipe string for segmentation in 215.9mm open hole of the high angle wells and horizontal well with the average high yield of 50xl@m3/d,and was run into the well through the tail pipe hanger.The pressure reaches to 70MPa after the setting,which meets the technology demands.Rubber ma- terials optimization,the combination of hydraulic setting and swelling setting will be one of the research di- rections of solving the issues of slow swelling of the oil-swellable packer,low pressure-sealing capacity of the short rubber,being difficult to run of the long rubber.
