健脾益气按摩法佐治婴儿肺炎35例临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价健脾益气按摩法对婴儿肺炎疗效的影响,并比较两组患儿治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)浓度的变化。方法 70例肺炎婴儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均按肺炎治疗常规进行治疗,治疗组加健脾益气按摩法治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及血清Ig A浓度的变化情况。结果治疗组治愈21例,好转14例,治愈率60%;对照组治愈12例,好转23例,治愈率34.3%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清Ig A浓度较前明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组血清Ig A浓度升高情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿新增消化道合并症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿合并症痊愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾益气按摩法佐治可提高婴儿肺炎的临床疗效,提高患儿血清Ig A浓度水平。Objective To evaluate the impacts of jianpi yiqi massage on infantile pneumonia and compare the changes of Ig A between the two groups. Methods A total of 70 cases of infantile pneumonia were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The routine treatment was given in the two groups. In the treatment group,jianpi yiqi massage technique was added. The clinical therapeutic effects and serum Ig A concentration were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group,21 cases were cured and 14 cases improved. The curative rate was 60%. In the control group,12 cases were cured and 21 cases improved. The curative rate was 34. 3%. The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better remarkably than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,serum Ig A concentration was increased apparently as compared with that before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The increase of Ig A concentration of the treatment group was better remarkably than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of the newly digestive complications was not significant between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The curative rate was not different significantly between the two groups. Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of jianpi yiqi massage technique promotes the clinical therapeutic method for infantile pneumonia and improves serum Ig A concentration in children.
