负压引流应用于鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察负压引流应用于鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的疗效。方法鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者38例分为两组:观察组18例,术后采取负压引流术;对照组20例,术后行鼻腔填塞处理。术后12、24、48h,采用VAS疼痛评分评估疼痛情况;术后72h,观察两组鼻黏膜水肿情况;术后1周,观察疗效及并发症。结果术后12、24、48h,观察组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。术后72h,观察组鼻黏膜水肿评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率相仿(94.4%vs.90.0%)(P>0.05)。两组术后均未出现鼻中隔血肿、脓肿及鼻中隔穿孔。结论负压引流应用于鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后,可有效缓解患者疼痛,减轻鼻黏膜水肿,不增加并发症。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of negative pressure drainage after nasal septum surgery under endoscope.Methods The nasal septum surgery under endoscope was performed in 38 patients.The negative pressure drainage after operation was used in 18 cases（group A）and nasal packing was performed in 20 patients（group B）.The VAS pain score was evaluated at 12,24 and 48 hours after surgery.Edema of nasal mucosa was observed and scored at 72 hours after operation.The efficacy was evaluated and complications were recorded one week after operation.Results The VAS pain scores at 12,24 and 48 hours after surgery were less in group A than those in group B （P〈0.01）.The score of nasal mucosa edema at 72 hours after surgery was less in group A than that in group B（P〈0.05）.The overall effectiveness rate of groups of A and B was similar（94.4% vs. 90.0%）（P〉0.05）.There was no case with hematoma,pus or perforation of the nasal septum in both groups after operation.Conclusion The negative pressure drainage after nasal septum surgery can effectively attenuate postoperative pain and reduce nasal mucosa edema without an increase of complications.
