综合护理干预在老年腹泻大小便失禁患者会阴护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预在老年腹泻大小便失禁患者会阴护理中的应用效果.方法 选取该院2014年6月~2016年6月收治的老年腹泻患者180例,按就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组和综合护理干预组各90例.比较两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度、生活质量及失禁相关性皮炎风险评估量表.结果 综合护理干预组与常规护理组相比,并发症发生率较低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;综合护理干预组与常规护理组相比,护理满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;综合护理干预组与常规护理组相比,躯体疼痛、生理功能、精神健康、社会功能评分均较高,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;综合护理干预组与常规护理组相比,刺激物类型、刺激时间、会阴皮肤状况、影响因素评分均较低,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 将综合护理干预应用于老年腹泻大小便失禁患者的会阴护理中可降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量.Objective To expolre the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on perineum care of aged diarrhea and gatism patients. Methods A total of 180 aged diarrhea patients received from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected in this hospital. They were divided into conventional nursing group and comprehensive nursing inter-vention group （90 cases each） according to the clinic time. The complication occurrence, nursing satisfaction, life quality and incontinence related dermatitis risk assessment scales of patients in both groups were compared. Results Compared with conventional nursing group, the complication occurrence of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Compared with the conventional nursing group, the nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was higher and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Compared with conventional nursing group, body pain, physiological function, mental health and social function scores of the comprehensive nursing intervention group was higher, and the differences were statisti-cally significant （P〈0. 05）. Compared with conventional nursing group, the stimulant type, simulation time, perine-um skin situation and influencing factor score of the comprehensive nursing intervention group were lower, and the differ-ences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention to the perineum care of aged diarrhea and gatism patients can reduce the occurrence of complication, improve the nursing satisfaction and improve the life quality of patients.
