血府逐瘀汤联合护理干预在老年慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨血府逐瘀汤联合护理干预在老年慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2015年1月~2016年7月该院神经内科及肾病科联合确诊的慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁症患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例.观察组给予常规治疗＋护理干预＋血府逐瘀汤,对照组给予常规治疗＋护理干预.结果 治疗1个月后,观察组抑郁症的治疗有效率为77.1%显著高于对照组的54.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的MMSE得分为（26.32±3.21）分、ADL得分为（51.21±6.05）分显著高于对照组的（19.24±3.24）分、（33.47±6.19）分,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 血府逐瘀汤联合护理干预可提高治疗老年慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁患者的疗效.Objective To explore the clinical observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with nursing intervention on aged chronic renal failure with depression patients. Methods A total of 70 chronic renal failure with depression patients confirmed in neurology department and nephrology department from January 1 , 2015 to July 1 , 2016 were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group （35 cases each） randomly. Conventional treatment, nursing intervention and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction were given to observation group. Conventional treatment and nursing intervention were given to the patients in control group. Results After one-month treatment, the effective rate of treatment on the depression of observation group was 77. 1%, and 54. 2% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . The MMSE score of the observation group were （26. 32±3. 21） points, while the control group were （ 19. 24 ± 3. 24 ） points. The AdL score of the observation group were （ 51. 21 ± 6. 05 ） points, while the control group were （33. 47±6. 19） points, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Con-clusions The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with nursing intervention can improve the curative effect on curing aged patients of chronic renal failure with depression.
