新形势下高校文科学报编辑的职业素养

摘　　要：我国目前的发展日新月异,在复杂多样且变化多端的社会背景下,高校文科学报也必须要与时俱进,紧跟时代步伐,无论在内容上还是方法上都要有相应的创新。这就要求编辑人员不断提升自身素养,认真对待编辑工作,做一个新形势下的合格的编辑。社会发展快速,各学科的知识更新周期也缩短,编辑应及时更新自己的知识体系。由于工作的特殊性,编辑需要具有扎实的文学功底和熟练驾驭文字的能力,于此,编辑尽量进行经常性的写作训练,笔耕不辍。同时,编辑应该端正态度,坚持正确的人生观和价值观,精雕细刻,力争把学报打造成精品。With the development of China with each passing day and against the complex and ever-changing social background,journals of colleges and universities should also follow the step and and advance with the times,making relevant innovations in terms of contents and methods. This poses a new requirement for editors to constantly improve their professional quality,finish their work with care and become a qualified editor. Editors should update their knowledge system in time to keep in pace the rapid social development and shortened cycles of knowledge updating of different specialties. The particularity of the editorial job makes it necessary for the editor to have solid literary foundation and good writing ability,so editors should try to do writing practice and write frequently. At the same time,editors should take a correct attitude,adhere to a correct outlook on life and a worldview,endeavoring to make high-quality journals.
