寒地城市居民出行特征及交通发展对策研究

摘　　要：基于黑龙江省绥化市2017年居民出行调查数据,选取出行强度、出行方式、出行目的、出行时间分布、出行空间分布等指标,分析寒地城市居民出行特征。通过总结归纳绥化市城市居民出行的特征及其原因,对绥化市城市交通发展提出优化道路网络、优先发展公共交通、合理配置停车设施等对策,为寒地城市交通规划、城市改善与管理提供依据。Based on the survey data of the Suihua city of Heilongjiang province in 2017, this paper analyzes the travel characteristics of urban residentsin winter cities, which include the intensity of travel, the mode of travel, purpose, the time distribution and the spatial distribution and other indexes. Through summing up the characteristics and the causes of resident travel of Suihua city, some traffic development strategies are put forward, such as optimizing the road network, prioritizing public transportation, rationally configure parking facilities and so on. These proposed stragtegies can provide basis for the traffic planning, construction and traffic management for winter cities.
