摘  要:以廉价易得的工业材料(NH4)2CO3为稳定剂和氮源,利用固体微波辐射的方法于水热条件下制备氮掺杂石墨烯(N-G)。实验过程中,以N-G为基底材料,柠檬酸钠为还原剂,将氯金酸(HAu Cl4)溶液还原为金纳米粒子(Au NPs)并负载在N-G表面,得到一种新型纳米复合材料——氮掺杂石墨烯-金纳米粒子复合材料(Au/N-G)。通过UV、XRD、XPS、TEM、SEM等手段对该材料的形态、结构、元素组成进行分析,结果表明,该方法可以成功制备Au/N-G。With low-cost industrial material( NH4)2CO3 as stabilizing agent and nitrogen source,nitrogen-doped graphene sheets( N-G) are prepared by the solid microwave radiation method under hydrothermal conditions. Using the prepared N-G sheets as the substrate materials and sodium citrate as the reducing agent,HAuCl4 solution is reduced to gold nanoparticles that are supported on the surface of N-G sheets,therefore nitrogen-doped graphene-gold nanoparticles composite material( Au/N-G),a new kind of nanometer composite material,is obtained. The morphology,structure and elements composition of the prepared material are characterized via measures such as scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectra,X-ray diffraction and UV,etc.The results show that Au/NG can be successfully synthesized via this routine.
