摘 要:为了提高陶瓷膜的装填密度,简化制备工艺,选择装填密度高且成本低的蜂窝陶瓷为基体,纳米氧化铝分散液为涂膜液,用悬浮粒子浸涂法进行陶瓷超滤膜的制备,对无负载氧化铝膜进行TG-DSC分析显示复合膜的适宜烧结温度为500℃。通过扫描电镜观察复合膜的表面和截面形貌,膜表面基本完整,可以有效去除悬浮液中粒径大于30 nm的粒子。操作压力为0.1 MPa时,膜的纯水通量为200 L/(m^2·h),膜面积/体积比达到1 670.3,是19通道陶瓷膜的4倍多,降低了单位膜面积占用的体积。In order to improve the packing density of ceramic membrane and simplify the preparation process,the ceramic ultrafiltration membrane is prepared by the suspended particles dip coating method using the honeycomb ceramics with high packing density and low cost as matrix,nano alumina dispersion solution as the coating liquid. The non-loaded alumina membrane is analyzed by means of TG-DSC,which shows that the suitable sintering temperature of composite membrane is at 500℃.The surface and cross section morphology of the membrane are observed via SEM. The results show that the surface of membrane is basically intact,and the membrane can effectively remove the particles with diameter larger than 30 nm in suspension.When the operating pressure is 0. 1 MPa,the pure water flux of the composite membrane is 200 L/( m^2·h).The area/volume ratio of composite membrane reaches 1 670. 3,more than 4 times that of the 19 channel ceramic membrane.It can effectively reduce the volume occupied by the unit membrane area.
