摘　　要：兴起于英国的"社区照顾"概念衍生出了"居家养老"的概念,此后提升居家养老服务质量成为了全球养老产业面临的新命题。实践证明,开展测评是促进服务质量提升的重要手段。因此,本文首先剖析了在居家养老领域应用服务质量测评经典模型面临的问题,围绕焦点问题,进一步对典型发达国家和先进地区居家养老服务质量测评的创新实践展开比对探求解决路径,最后基于综合分析提出居家养老服务质量测评模型标准化指标设置的框架建议。The concept of ＂home-based care services＂ derives from the ＂community care＂ concept aroused in Britain. Improving the quality of home-based care services is a new issue faced by the senior care industry. It has been proved by the practice that the quality evaluation test model plays an important role in helping enhance the service quality. This paper firstly analyzes problems in applying the quality evaluation test model in the field of home-based care services. Then, based on the focus question, it compares the innovating practice of this test of typical developed countries and regions so as to seek relevant solutions to the problems mentioned above. In the last part, through the comprehensive analysis, it presents a framework proposal on how to set standard indicators for the quality evaluation test model applied in home-based care services.
