北京居家养老医养结合服务相关问题研究

摘　　要：目前北京市居家养老医养结合服务在供给侧存在高品质服务产品供给不足、低品质服务产品供给过剩,以及供给侧与需求侧不匹配等问题。解决问题的有效途径在于,在政府主导下,利用共享经济模式建立起居家养老服务产品研发体系、养老护理人才动态供给体系、远程健康照护体系、以老年用户体验为中心的营销体系、"医养结合"服务信息技术支撑体系,以及相应的综合监督体系。At present, the combination of medical care and nursing of home care exists a lot of problems, including high quality service undersupp!y while low quality service excess supply, and obviously mismatch in demands-supplies. The effective measures to solve these problems are to establish the product R＆D system of home-based care services, the nursing personnel dynamic supply system, remote health care system, the marketing sys tem focusing on the experience of elderly users, information technology support system, and comprehensive supervision system by using shared economic model under the guidance of the government.
