摘　　要：目的了解北京市社区门诊冠心病支架术后患者的治疗情况。方法 2016年1月1日至2017年6月30日,在北京市朝阳区南部医联体的6家社区卫生服务中心的门诊开展调查,连续纳入每个中心冠心病支架置入术后就诊患者,收集研究对象的一般人口学资料、支架置入情况、合并临床疾病、用药情况及本次诊疗情况。结果共调查1059例患者,吸烟人群占62.32%;患者血压≥140/90mm Hg者占12.18%,医生建议11.63%的患者调整用药;83.57%的患者心率>60次/分,医生建议3.73%的患者调整用药。结论不同社区门诊对冠心病支架术后患者的治疗现况存在差异,仍需加强对患者的戒烟管理,同时提高医生和患者对冠心病二级预防用药和治疗目标值意义的认识,全面、综合管理患者。Objective To find out the current treatment status in patients with coronary stent implantion in community health service centers in Beijing. Method From January 2016 to June 2017, coronary stent implantion outpatients were recruited in six community health service centers in chaoyang district in Beijing. All the patients accepted a questionnaire including general information, stent implantion, other diseases, medicines and treatments. Result A total of 1059 patients were enrolled in the study. The percentage of smokers in the study was 62.32%. There were 12.18% patients with blood pressure above 140/90 mm Hg. Only 11.63% of them were suggested to change medicines. Proportion of patients with HR60 beats/min was 83.57% and only 3.73% of them were suggested to change medicines. Conclusion The treatment status is different among the six community health service centers. There are many insufficiencies in the work of providing suggestions on quitting smoking and secondary prevention in the outpatients, which greatly needs to be strengthened and improved in the near future.
