摘  要:通过对冷料流量标定过程中水平集料皮带长度、皮带转速、时间等参数测量次数的研究,用夏皮罗—威尔克检验法对测量进行正态分布检验,用t分布法确定冷料流量试验参数重复测量的最小样本容量,使间歇式搅拌设备冷料流量标定既能达到工程要求的精度,又能提高标定效率。In order to make intermittent mixing equipment of cold material fow calibration can meet the engineering accuracy requirements, but also can improve the calibration effciency, the belt length, belt speed, time and other parameters of the times of measurement was analysed in the process of the cold material fow calibration of the intermittent mixing equipment. The measurement data was tested by Shapiro Wilke test and the minimum sample size for repeated measurement parameters of cold material was determined by t-distribution method. The results show that the number of parameters should be measured three times in the process of cold material fow rate calibration.
