特朗普政府能源政策与我国煤炭行业转型路径选择

摘　　要：本文基于"美国第一能源计划"内容及特征,对美国能源走向进行了研判。从美国油气、煤炭行业以及基础建设三方面,分析特朗普政府能源政策可能会对我国煤炭产业带来的影响。基于此,本文提出我国应在不动摇当前"去产能"政策基础上,积极把握油气进口、中美清洁煤技术合作的良好契机,从减量化和清洁化双向路径促进我国煤炭产业过渡转型发展。Based on the contents and characteristics of ＂ America First Energy Plan ＂, the energy trend of the United States is judged. We analyze the impact of Trump era energy policy on the development of China＇s coal industry from three as- pects： oil and gas, coal industry and infrastructure construction. It indicates that China should adhere to the implementation of ＂reducing overcapacity＂ policy of coal, and actively grasp the good opportunity of oil and gas imports and the coop- eration of clean coal technology between China and the United States. China can promote the transition and transformation of coal industry from the two way of re- ducing and cleaning.
