摘　　要：目的分析武汉市内17家医疗机构的2009-2016年介入放射工作人员个人剂量水平及其动态变化情况,为保障介入人员的身体健康、卫生行政部门的放射管理工作提供可靠依据。方法采用热释光法进行监测,基于国家相关法律法规及卫生标准进行评价。结果介入工作人员佩戴个人剂量计的数量逐年增多,8年的人均年剂量当量为0.97 m Sv,并呈逐年下降趋势;从大剂量值的构成比来看,2009年最多,为27.9%;2014年最少,为3.52%,总体呈现下降趋势。结论武汉市介入放射工作人员的受照剂量较低且逐年下降,总体满足国家职业接触限值的要求。介入人员的防护意识逐步提高,但介入人员手部外照射量值得我们关注。Objective To analyze the individual monitoring level and the dynamic change of interventional radiation workers for 17 medical institutions in Wuhan from 2009 to 2016 and provide a reliable basis for ensuring the health of the intervention person~ health and the health administration of the administrative department of public health. Methods The monitoring method of thermoluminescence dosemitry was used based on relevant national laws and regulations and relative standards for evaluation. Results The number of intervention staff in wearing personal dosimeters was increased year. The annual dose e- quivalent per capita is about 0.97 mSv during 8 years, which showed a downward trend year by year; From high dose the com- position ratio, the most in 2009, 27.9% and the least in 2014, 3.52%. Conclusion Interventional personnel dose of radia- tion workers in Wuhan is low and declining, content the requirements of national occupational exposure limits. The interven- tion personvel＇s which meets protection consciousness has gradually improved, but personnel involved in the hand external irra- diation dose deserves our attention.
