血浆骨桥蛋白水平与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性及肾脏损害的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血浆中骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平,并探讨OPN在SLE疾病进程中的作用。方法:采用ELISA方法检测48例SLE患者与19例健康志愿者血浆中OPN水平;按照疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)评分,将36例住院患者分为稳定组(≤9分)和活动组(>9分),另根据肾功能、尿液分析及肾活检结果将住院患者分为肾炎组和非肾炎组,比较不同组之间血浆OPN水平的差异。结果:SLE患者外周血血浆中OPN平均水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);处于活动期的SLE患者血浆OPN平均水平明显高于稳定期(P<0.01);而合并肾炎的SLE患者血浆中OPN的表达水平也高于非肾炎组(P<0.01)。结论:SLE患者的血浆OPN水平显著升高,OPN可能在SLE发病和进展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective：To detect of the serum level of osteopontin（OPN） in systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）patients,and investigate the function in pathogenesis of SLE.Methods：The serum level of osteopontin in 19 healthy controls and 48 SLE patients was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.The SLE disease activity index（SLEDAI） was evaluated and correlated with OPN.Based on the SLEDAI,36 SLE inpatients whose case information was acquired were divided into active SLE group and inactive SLE group.Based on renal function tests,the SLE patients were divided into two groups,one with renal damage and another without.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results：The level of serum OPN was significantly higher in SLE group than that in the healthy controls（P〈0.01）.The level of serum OPN was not only higher in the active SLE group than that in the inactive SLE group（P〈0.01）,but also higher in the SLE with renal damage group than that in the SLE without renal damage group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：The level of serum OPN in the SLE group elevated compared to the controls,which means OPN may play an important role in pathogenesis of SLE.
