协同护理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨协同护理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:根据随机数字表法将160例慢性肾功能衰竭患者分成观察组和对照组,每组80例。对对照组患者按照慢性肾功能衰竭患者常规护理要求进行护理,对观察组患者在常规护理基础上联合协同护理模式,比较两组患者的自我护理能力(ESCA评分)、治疗依从性及患者满意度。结果:观察组护理后ESCA评分为(123.4±13.6)分,显著高于对照组的(108.4±12.3)分(P>0.05);观察组治疗依从率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的61.3%(P>0.05);观察组患者满意度97.5%,显著高于对照组的83.8%(P>0.05)。结论:协同护理模式可改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者自我护理能力,有助于提高患者的治疗依从性和患者的护理满意度。Objective：To study the application of collaborative care model in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods：According to random number table method,160 chronic renal failure patients were divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each.The conventional nursing care was used in the control group.On the basis of conventional nursing collaborative care model was implemented in the observation group.Self-care ability（ESCA score）,treatment compliance and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：After nursing,ESCA score of the observation group was 123.4±13.6,significantly higher than108.4±12.3 of the control group（P〉0.05）;Treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 87.5%,significantly higher than 61.3% of the control group（P〉0.05）;Patients satisfaction of the observation group was97.5%,significantly higher than 83.8% of the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Collaborative care model can improve the self-care ability of the patients with chronic renal failure,the therapeutic compliance and patients satisfaction toward nursing care.
