摘  要:针对应用激光诱导击穿光谱技术钢水成分检测过程中测试靶点的选取问题,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的测试靶点自动定位系统的研究方法,旨在更好地完成钢水成分的实时在线检测。本控制系统充分利用了LabVIEW在仪器控制和机器视觉方面的优越性,借助MC600系列控制器以及电动位移台搭建实验平台,只需要向MC600系列运动控制器发送格式正确的运行指令,就可以实现测试靶点的自动定位,并且通过边缘提取能够提高靶点自动定位的准确性和安全性。靶点自动定位系统避免了以往检测过程中通过手动控制选择测试靶点的繁琐,确保了检测过程的有效性,使工作效率得到很大提高。Aiming at the selection of test targets for on-line detection of composition in molten steel by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,a method for automatic positioning system of test targets based on LabVIEW was proposed in order to better perform the real-time and on-line detection of molten steel compositions.This control system fully utilized the superiority of LabVIEW in instrument control and machine vision.The experimental platform was constructed with the help of MC600 series controller and motorized positioning system.The automatic positioning of test targets could be realized by sending the command code with correct format to MC600 series controller.Moreover,the accuracy and safety of automatic positioning of test targets were effectively improved by edge extraction.The automatic positioning system avoided the complicated procedures for selection of test targets in manual control and guaranteed the effectiveness of detection process,thus greatly improving the work efficiency.
