摘　　要：2001年北京机场首次使用检疫犬以来,我国检疫犬数量已发展至296只。随着检疫犬数量不断上升,退役检疫犬管理问题日益引起各方重视。本文介绍了我国检疫犬退役现状,提出了单位自养、领养、企业外包等3种退役检疫犬管理模式,并就不同管理模式分别进行了优劣势(SWOT)分析。同时,提出在退役检疫犬管理方面要规范退役标准,科学制定退役管理模式,完善后续监督,保障动物福利等发展建议。In China,the number of detector dogs has increased to 296 since their ？rst use in Beijing International Airport in 2001. With substantial increase of quantity of detector dogs,great importance has been attached to their management. Here,the current retirement situation of detector dogs in China were mainly introduced,three management modes for retired detector dogs were put forward,which included being raised by their “work units”,adoption and enterprise outsourcing,and related SWOT analysis were conducted according to these modes. Meanwhile,some suggestions on the management of such dogs were proposed,including unifying the retirement standards,scienti？cally formulating management mode,improving subsequent supervision,as well as ensuring animal welfare,etc.
