摘  要:为研究灵芝提取物多糖和生物碱对小鼠机体免疫功能的影响,将36只雌性BALB/c小鼠随机分为3组(n=12),A组为多糖组,B组为组生物碱组,C组为空白对照组分别连续灌胃15 d(中期)和30 d(终期).灌胃结束后进行小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力、T淋巴细胞转化能力和外周血interferon-γ(IFN-γ)水平的测定.实验显示,灵芝提取物多糖和生物碱均能明显增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力和T淋巴细胞转化能力,同时可提高小鼠外周血中IFN-γ的表达水平.结果表明,灵芝多糖和生物碱能有效提高小鼠免疫功能.The paper is going to study the effects of Ganoderma lucidum extract that are polysaccharide and alkaloid on the immune function of mice organism. The 36 female BALB/c mice are randomly divided into 3 groups( n = 12) : polysaccharide group( group A),alkaloid group( group B) and the control group( group C). All mice are under intragastric administration for 15 days( Medium-term) and30 days( Final-term). At last,their macrophage phagocytosis ability,T lymphocyte transformation capacity and interferon-gamma( IFN-γ) levels are measured. The results show that both the polysaccharides and alkaloids can significantly enhance the phagocytosis of macrophage ability,T lymphocyte transformation capability and the expression of IFN-γ in peripheral blood. It's concluded that both the polysaccharide and alkaloid of Ganoderma lucidum can improve the immune function of mice. It's suggested that the immunocompromised people take the ganoderma lucidum products to improve their immunity.
