摘  要:散裂中子源是利用高能质子束产生中子束的大科学装置。它在核物理研究、生产同位素和处理核燃料等方面有广泛应用。高功率微波器件是驱动散裂中子源的质子直线加速器的核心电子器件。本文介绍了美国、英国和日本已建成的散裂中子源的高频系统和采用的P波段高功率速调管,介绍了正在建设的中国散裂中子源CSNS和欧洲散裂中子源ESS的高频系统和采用的高功率微波器件。论文还讨论了P波段多注速调管和多注感应输出管的主要特点,以及采用这些新型高功率微波器件替代P波段大功率速调管的可能性。Spallation neutron source(SNS)is a type of large scale scientific facility,which uses high energy proton beam to produce neutron beam.SNS can be applied to the research of nuclear physics,the production of isotopes,the treatment of nuclear fuel,etc.High power microwave devices are key electron devices for driving the proton accelerator in SNS.The RF systems and P-band high power klystrons used in the SNSs,which have been built in USA,UK and Japan,are introduced briefly in this paper.The RF systems and high power microwave devices being used in China spallation neutron source(CSNS)and Europe spallation neutron source(ESNS),which are under construction in China and in Europe,are also presented.The main properties of P-band multi-beam klystron(MBK)and multi-beam induction output tube(MB-IOT),and the possibility of replacing high power klystron by MBK and MB-IOT are discussed.
