摘 要:针对特定取水大户取水计量安装环境复杂、安装条件不满足计量安装要求、进行管线改造所造成的社会和经济影响巨大等问题,通过对多个特定取水大户取水计量方案及实践总结,提出了适应特定取水大户非理想条件取水计量的系列关键技术。技术基于智能计量设备在不同扰流下长历时尺度的计量稳定性,采用取排水流路双点同步监测及室内物理模型试验相结合的研究方法,通过对长历时同步监测数据的对比分析,摸清特定环境工况下计量偏移特征,对非理想条件取水计量进行校准,实践表明,大部分特定取水大户不同扰流件下计量校准系数介于0.9~1.1之间,计量偏移程度不大。技术方法可为解决非理想条件取水计量提供借鉴和参考。In recent years,water intake metering construction,as necessary precondition for the water resources development and utilization in the most stringent water resources management system,has been paid more and more attention. Some specific largequantity water users with complex water intake pipe-line,do not meet the requirements of metering installation and measurement because of installation environment and conditions,meanwhile,pipeline transformation may cause social and economic impact. It presents key technologies of water intake metering in non-ideal conditions for specified large-quantity water users by much practice and summary in water metering construction. Base on fluid turbulence duration in long-term conditions,utilizing characteristics of water intake and drainage,using methods of double point synchronous monitoring and physical model test study,metering offset rules could be established and calibration factor could be obtained by mass data analyzing. The practice shows that most of specific large water intake users have different offset coefficients between 0. 9 and 1. 1 with different disturbing devices. It can provide reference and method for solving the non-ideal water metering.
