摘　　要：目的将每类设备的月度/年度使用效率应用于医疗设备预算制定、设备采购、设备维修等设备管理中,提高医疗设备资金的使用效率。方法将设备按照大类分类后,与相应的设备收费代码对应,统计出月度/年度设备收费情况,形成数据模型,再与设备成本、使用年限比较后得出设备使用效率。结果设备使用效率应用于设备预算、采购、维修等环节,确保了设备资金合理使用。结论设备使用效率数据对于设备预算、采购、维修等医疗设备管理环节都有很好的指导意义。Objective Using the monthly or annual equipment efficiency data in the equipment manage- ment of budgeting, purchasing and maintenance to improve the efficiency of the medical equipment funds. Meth-ods Building the model of data including the equipment category and the related charge code to obtain the charge data monthly or annual. Then, getting the equipment efficiency after comparing the cost and service life with it. Results The application of the equipment efficiency can ensure the effective using of the funds during the job of budgeting, purchasing and maintenance. Conclusion The equipment efficiency has the good guiding signifi-cance for the medical equipment management including budgeting, purchasing and maintenance.
