摘  要:随着测绘技术从数字化向信息化不断地发展,测绘部门有必要为各部门提供实时应急的测绘支撑和服务,满足突发事件应对的需求。在2016年武汉特大暴雨洪涝灾害下,武汉市测绘研究院以基础地理信息资源为基础,以GIS分析技术为手段,综合运用各类专题数据资料,对湖泊的淹没范围进行预测和评估,计算和模拟出指定水位下的洪水淹没演进结果,为退垸还湖并安全疏散群众提供可靠的科学依据。With the continuous development of Surveying and mapping technology from digitalization to information technology,it is necessary for surveying and mapping departments to provide real-time emergency mapping support and services for various departments to meet the needs of emergency response.In 2016 Wuhan torrential flood disaster,Wuhan Institute of Surveying and mapping based on fundamental geographic information resources,with the analysis of GIS technology,the integrated use of various thematic data,inundated area of lakes for prediction and assessment,calculation and Simulation of evolution results under specified water flooded flood,provides reliable science according to back safe evacuation of the masses.
