摘　　要：合同付款条件是引发合同纠纷的最主要原因,寻求科学、严谨的合同付款条件是解决问题的根源所在。本文提出在矿山EPC项目合同签订时,可优先采用建筑工程按节点付款方式、矿建工程与安装工程选用按节点付款和按进度付款相结合的付款方式、设备采购按"优化的节点付款"方式,按此选用合同付款条件,可确保建设项目安全地、高质高效、少纠纷地完成,还可降低总包方的回款风险。Contract payment terms are the most important cause of contract disputes,and the signing of scientific and rigorous contract payment terms is a solution to the problem. When the contract of the mine EPC project is signed,following contract payment methods can be adopted: the construction project is suitable for the stage payment form,the mine construction project and the installation project are suitable for the combined with the stage payment form and the progress payment form. The equipment purchase is suitable for the "optimization stage payment". By doing so,it can ensure that the construction project is safe and efficient with high quality and less disputes,and can reduce the risk of recovering the project cost too.
