摘  要:为提高传统非熔化极惰性气体保护焊电弧的电弧力和能量密度,提出保护气为氦气的氦弧;试验中利用高速摄像记录氦弧的电弧形态,同时对电弧力和电流密度进行测量计算,并与传统氩弧进行分析对比。结果表明,在同一参数下氦弧同一截面直径明显小于传统氩弧;且氦弧电弧力的最大值大于传统氩弧;相同条件下氦弧的电流密度比传统氩弧更加集中。为对比焊接效果,在Q235钢板上做定点烧蚀试验,并对阳极表面熔池尺寸和焊接接头的晶粒度进行分析。试验结果表明,与传统氩弧相比,氦弧在焊接接头的熔深和熔宽都偏大,但晶粒度平均等级小于氩弧。To improve the arc pressure and energy density of tungsten insert gas( TIG) welding,a welding method of helium arc was proposed,in which helium was used as the shielding gas. The arc morphology was recorded by using a high speed camera,the arc pressure and current density were measured and calculated at the same time,and compared with that of the conventional TIG arc. The experimental results show that,the cross section diameter of helium arc is significantly less than that of he conventional TIG arc at the same current,the maximum of arc pressure in helium arc is significantly larger than that of TIG arc,and the current density of helium arc is more concentrated than that of conventional TIG arc. The arc was used to ablate a fixed spot on work-piece to clearly show the arc energy transformation of the helium arc and conventional TIG arc. The sizes of the surface of the molten pool and grain of welded joint were analyzed to study the heat transfer. The results show that the width and depth of welded joint by helium arc are larger than those by the traditional TIG arc.
