摘 要:针对某船用柴油机可变气门机构试验平台设计了试验平台电子控制系统,具体设计分为控制单元、上位机、传感器和执行器四部分。根据系统需求选取了适合的传感器和执行器,并设计开发了电子控制系统的硬件电路及控制方法。结果表明:电子控制系统能够接收传感器信号,精确输出控制信号驱动电磁阀改变气门正时和升程,使得在凸轮额定转速186~425r/min范围内,气门关闭正时可变范围达到0°~70°曲轴转角,最大附加升程达到5mm;在凸轮最大转速550r/min下,附加升程亦能达到5mm,满足了试验要求。Aiming at the test platform of variable valve mechanism for a marine diesel engine ,the electronic control system of test platform was designed .The design was divided into four parts including control unit ,upper computer ,sensor and actuator . According to the system requirements ,the suitable sensors and actuators were selected and the hardware circuit and control method of electronic control system were designed and developed .The results show that the electronic control system can re-ceive the sensor signal and output the control signal to drive the solenoid valve to change the valve timing and lift .In the cam rated speed range of 186-425 r/min ,the variable range of valve close timing is 0°-70°CA and the maximum additional lift can reach 5 mm .At cam's maximum speed of 550 r/min ,the additional lift can also reach 5 mm ,which can meet the test requirements .
