摘  要:本文结合干法腈纶的生产实际和理论分析,探索了纺丝关键生产工艺参数如喷丝板的选择、甬道温度的设定等,选择了2 800孔喷丝板,对纺丝甬道温度进行了优化调整;通过设备改造提高了水洗牵伸倍数,由原来的最高6.0倍提高至7.6倍,开发了一套切实可行的干法腈纶1.11 dtex微细旦生产工艺;同时,根据生产工艺特点,研究了水洗牵伸温度等影响生产连续性的关键工艺控制点,实现了干法腈纶1.11 dtex短纤维的批量生产。According to the actual production of the dry acrylic and theoretical analysis,we explored the key spinning production process parameters such as the selection of spinneret,the stack temperature settings. We chose 2 800 hole spinneret,and optimize the stack temperature. Through equipment modification,the water washing drawing multiple was raised,from the original maximum 6. 0 times to 7. 6 times,and a set of practical dry acrylic 1.11 dtex micro-denier production process was developed. At the same time,according to the characteristics of production process,the key process control points that affect production continuity were studied. The batch production of the dry acrylic fiber 1. 11 dtex staple fiber was realized.
