摘 要:温度测量技术与国防、军事、科研、工业生产等息息相关,许多炸弹都依靠爆炸中产生的温度造成伤害,爆炸温度场的测量对于爆炸威力的研究至关重要。针对爆炸过程中反应剧烈、温度高、速度快、难于直接测得温度分布的问题,提出非接触辐射测温法,在爆炸场周围设置多个CCD图像探测器件,测试场空间位置的灰度值图像。通过对辐射测温原理的深入了解,根据对应标定好的灰度与辐射强度关系建立数学模型,并对测量系统的模型进行简化处理,运用遗传算法构建模型。最后,将求得数据与实际数据相比较,进行效果分析。结果最优值误差在10~30℃之间,可以较好地表示温度场。Temperature measurement technology is closely related to national defense, military, scientific research, industrial production and so on. Many bombs cause injuries by the temperature produced by the explosion, so the measurement of the explosion temperature field is critical to the study of the power of the explosion. Aiming at the problems in explosive reaction process such as violent reaction, high temperature, high speed, difficulty on direct measurement of temperature distribution, non -contact radiation thermometry was proposed, and many CCD image detection devices were set in the explosion field around the explosion field to test the gray value image of spatial position. Based on the in-depth understanding of the radiation thermometry principle and relation between calibrated gray level and radiation intensity, mathematical model was established, and the measurement system model was simplified, and model was constructed by genetic algorithm. Finally, the results were compared with the actual data to analyze the effect. The results show that the error of the optimal value is about 10-30 益,which indicates that the temperature field can be expressed well.
