摘 要:由于电化学传感器探头上的薄膜易受水体污染堵塞,使得传感器连续工作的可靠性受到严重的影响。因此该文提出一种利用超声波技术自动清洗溶解氧探头的新方法,该方法通过将溶解氧传感探头与清洗装置有机的组装在一起,实现测量、清洗和抗扰动。在多个水产养殖现场实验表明,应用超声波清洗技术对探头上薄膜进行安全可靠的清洗,可有效地保证传感器的连续工作,使得水中溶解氧测量值的稳定性和可靠性大大提高。该方法结构简单、测量快速,在传感器的工作寿命及溶解氧值检测的准确性方面具有优势。Aiming at the problem of the thin film on the electrochemical sensor probe is easily blocked by the water pollution, the reliability of the continuous working of the sensor is seriously affected. This paper presents a new method of using ultrasonic technology to automatically clean the probe and measurement, cleaning and anti -disturbance are achieved by assembling dissolved oxygen sensing probe and cleaning device together. Many tests at aquaculture sites show that the safe and reliable cleaning for thin film on probe via ultrasonic cleaning technology can effectively ensure the continuous work of sensor, which can greatly improve the stability and reliability of measured value of dissolved oxygen in water. This method is simple in structure and fast in measurement, and it has advantages in the service life of the sensor and the accuracy of the measurement of dissolved oxygen.
