摘 要:目的探讨在小儿麻醉中应用异丙酚复合氯胺酮微量泵输注的效果。方法选取需要进行手术的患儿30例,行异丙酚氯胺酮复合液微量泵持续输入法麻醉。另选取同期30例行手术患儿,行间断分次静脉注入氯胺酮方法进行麻醉。对60例患儿行不通麻醉方法的效果进行记录,记录指标包括手术时间、注入异丙酚和氯胺酮的用量,以及Bp、SpO2等变化。结果行间断分次静脉注入氯胺酮方法进行麻醉的患儿其每公斤体重的平均用量要比另一组高,数据对比呈现为(P<0.05)的差异性。结论应用异丙酚氯胺酮复合液微量泵持续输入法麻醉的效果显著,其麻醉后不良反应少,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of propofol combined with ketamine micro pump infusion in pediatric an-esthesia. Methods We selected 30 children who needed surgery, and received continuous infusion of propofol and ketamine compound liquid micro pump. Another 30 children who were operated on at the same time were anesthetized by intermittent intravenous injection of ketamine. The effect of anesthesia on 60 cases was recorded. The indexes included the operation time, the dosage of propofol and ketamine, and the changes of Bp, Sp02 and so on. Results For the children with intermittent intra-venous injection of ketamine to anesthesia? the average dosage per kilogram of body weight was higher than that of the other group, and the data showed difference (P〈0. 05). Conclusion T h e application of propofol combined with ketamine micro pump infusion had remarkable effect, and it had less adverse reactions after anesthesia? which played an important role in clin-ical research.
