洁尔阴泡腾片治疗阴道炎、宫颈炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对洁尔阴泡腾片治疗阴道炎、宫颈炎的临床疗效进行分析和研究。方法在我院妇科2016年1月~2017年2月期间收治的患者中选取92例阴道炎、宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法对患者分组,观察组和对照组,各46例。给予观察组患者洁尔阴泡腾片治疗,给予对照组患者达克宁栓治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组中,阴道炎和宫颈炎患者的临床治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组对应患者(100.00%vs 68.18%、92.31%vs 62.50%,P<0.05);此外,观察组患者护理总满意率为93.48%,明显高于对照组患者的73.91%(P<0.05)。结论洁尔阴泡腾片是治疗阴道炎、宫颈炎的有效药物,值得临床推广和使用。Obje c t ive To investigate the efficacy of Jieeryin effervescent tablets in the treatment of vaginitis and cervici-tis. Methods A total of 92 women with vaginitis and cervicitis from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomized into the observation group and control group using random number table, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate capsule. The observation group received Jieeryin effervescent tablets. The clinical effect was compared be-tween the two groups. Results Th e total effective rates of vaginitis and cervicitis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （100. 00% vs 68. 18% , 92. 31% vs 62. 50% （ P〈0. 05）. T h e overall satisfaction rate in the obser-vation group was higher than the control group （93. 48% vs 73. 91% , P〈0 . 05）. Conclusion Jieeryin effervescent tablets has a great effect in the treatment of vaginitis and cervicitis, worthy of clinical application.
