乳腺癌术前病理诊断中超声引导自动活检术的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析超声引导自动活检技术在乳腺癌患者术前病理诊断中的应用价值。方法以我院的70例乳腺癌手术患者为例,70例患者均在术前行超声检查及超声引导下自动活检技术。分析超声引导自动活检技术对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果本次研究中与术中的诊断结果相比,超声诊断和超声引导下穿刺活检术对乳腺癌中的诊断符合率分别为74.3%和98.6%,两中检查方式具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论在乳腺癌患者术前的病理检查中超声引导下自动活检术具有较高的准确性,可作乳腺癌的鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound guided automatic biopsy in preoperative pathological diag-nosis of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 70 patients with breast cancer were enrolled in this study. All subjects u n -derwent preoperative ultrasound and ultrasound guided automatic biopsy. The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound guided biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed. Results T h e coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound guided biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 74. 3% and 98. 6 % respectively. There w a s statistically significant difference between the two tests （P〈0 . 05）. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy has a high accuracy in the pre-operative pathological examination of patients with breast cancer, used as the differential diagnosis of breast cancer.
