膜式溶液除湿空调与二氧化碳跨临界循环热泵一体化系统性能研究

摘  要:以氟利昂为工质的热泵驱动的直接接触式溶液除湿空调存在送风携带除湿溶液的问题,且这类工质容易破坏环境.本文提出了膜式溶液除湿空调与二氧化碳跨临界循环热泵一体化系统,并建立该系统的理论模型.将该系统应用在广州某酒店并进行模拟分析,结果表明一体化系统性能系数EER为8.8,除湿效率η为0.65在满负荷运行状态下,对比研究了"一体化系统+干式风机盘管的温湿度独立控制空调系统(THIC)"和"传统风机盘管+新风空调系统"的设计及性能差异,两类空调系统的主要设备总功率分别为74.3 k W、90.5 k W,基于THIC理念的空调系统比"传统风机盘管+新风空调系统"电功率低21.3%.The direct contact liquid desiccant air conditioning driven by heat pump with freon as working fluid has the problem of air carrying desiccant solution, and this kind of working fluid is likely to destroy the environment.So an integrated system of membrane liquid desiccant air conditioner and carbon dioxide transcritical cycle heat pump system is presented, and the theoretical model of the system is established. The application of this system in a hotel in Guangzhou and the simulation analysis show that the integrated system performance coefficient EER is 8.8 and 0.65 for dehumidification efficiency. In full load condition, the design and performance difference of the "integrated system and dry air filter system of dry fan coil" and the "traditional fan coil and fresh air conditioning system" are compared and analyzed. The total power of the main equipment of the "integrated system and dry air filter system of dry fan coil" and the "traditional fan coil and fresh air conditioning system" are74.3 k W and 90.5 k W, respectively. The air conditioning system based on the concept of THIC is 21.3% lower than the traditional fan coil plus fresh air conditioning system of electric power.
