摘　　要：目的:分析不同产地不同年份不同规格丹皮的质量。方法:测定不同产地不同年份丹皮的水分,HPLC法测定丹皮中丹皮酚的含量。结果:丹皮酚作为有效成分评价,其含量最高为2.90%,最低为1.78%。结论:不同产地年份及规格的质量差异较大,铜陵GAP基地丹皮质量为优。Objective:To analyze the quality of Cortex Moudan which grew for 3~6 years from main plantingparts in Anhui Province.Methods:Using toluene to test the content of moisture and using HPLC method totest the content of paeonol.Results:Paeonol content of Cortex Moutan collected from main planting parts inAnhui Province was from 1.78% to 2.90%.Conclusion:There is diversity between the various places of An-hui Province,according to the content of paeonol,the quality of Cortex Moutan from the Good AgriculturalPractice(GAP) of Tongling is the best of all.
