摘  要:分析了影响唐钢公司二钢轧厂55 t转炉钢铁料消耗的因素。针对不同的影响因素制定了解决措施,优化转炉炉料结构、调整转炉装入制度、吹炼过程工艺优化、降低出钢温度、优化吹炼和造渣工艺以及降低出钢温度等。生产实践表明,采取这些措施后,55 t转炉钢铁料消耗由1 058.8 kg/t降低到1 053.4 kg/t,降低了5.4 kg/t,炼钢成本显著降低。The factors affecting the steel material consumption of No. 2 steel rolling plant of HBIS Group Tangsteel 55 t converter were analysed. The solutions were formulated for different influencing factors,shch as optimization of burden structure,adjustment of converter loading system,optimization of the blowing and slagging processes and reduction of tapping temperature,etc. The production practice shows that the steel consumption of 55 t converter is reduced from 1 058. 8 kg/t to 1 053. 4 kg/t after adopting these measures,which is reduced by 5. 4 kg/t and the cost of steelmaking is significantly reduced.
