摘　　要：在船舶管系的生产设计中,如何合理的设置调整管是生产设计的难点之一。本文从减少施工难度、降低修改率、提高生产效率、缩短造船周期为出发点,简要介绍了调整管设置的方法与要领,对如何设置调整管及调整管的工艺要求等提出建议。In the production design of ship piping system, how to set and adjust the pipe properly is always one of the difficulties in production design. In this paper, the method and main points of adjustment pipe design are introduced through many discussions and rational proposals from technical center, mechanical and electrical workshop and production management department in order to reduce the difculty of feld construction, reduce the modifcation rate, increase the production efciency and further improve the quality of the production design of the piping system.
