摘　　要：着眼贯彻军民融合发展重大战略思想,基于对军队院校教学训练条件建设军民融合发展现状的分析,总结了制约和影响军民融合深入发展的主要因素,从思想认识、政策制度、内容方法三方面提出了军队院校教学训练条件建设军民融合发展的对策。Based on the idea of the development of military and civilian integration, the present situation of the teaching and training contitions in military academies is analyzed. Moreover, factors that influence the development of militaryand civilian integrationare summarized, and solutions are put forward from three aspects, namely ideological understanding, policies and system, and contents and methods.
