摘 要:目的:探讨丹参药物血清对病理条件下VEC血管调节物质和自由基的调控作用。方法:对人脐静脉内皮细胞应用脂多糖1μg/m L和丹参药物血清作用24小时,取上清培养液进行一氧化氮、内皮素、超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛含量检测,对比空白药物血清组(对照组)、脂多糖1μg/m L+空白药物血清组(造模组)、脂多糖1μg/m L+丹参药物血清(丹参组)的检测结果。结果:造模组的一氧化氮含量明显高于对照组与丹参组,丹参组的一氧化氮含量明显低于对照组,对比差异均显著(P<0.05)。造模组的内皮素含量明显高于对照组与丹参组,对比差异均显著(P<0.05)。造模组的超氧化物歧化酶含量明显低于对照组与丹参组,丙二醛含量明显高于对照组与丹参组,对比差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论:丹参药物血清对病理条件下VEC血管调节物质和自由基具有一定的调控作用,能够保持一氧化氮和内皮素的动态稳定,且可去除自由基,保持血管生理功能的正常运作,因此有助于预防并治疗血瘀证。Objective To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza medicated serum on the regulation of VEC vascular regulatory substance and freeradical under pathological conditions. Methods: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were treated with lipopolysaccharide 1 g/mL and medicatedserum for 24 hours, the endothelin, nitric oxide, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde content in the supernatant of culture fluid were detected,compared with blank drug serum group (control group), LPS 1 g/mL+ drug serum group (blank group) LPS, 1 g/mL+ medicated serum (sm group).Results: The content of nitric oxide in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group, andthe content of nitric oxide in the salvia miltiorrhiza group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). The content of endothelin in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group, and thedifference was significant (P〈0.05). The content of superoxide dismutase in the model group was significantly lower than that in the control groupand Salvia miltiorrhiza group, and the MDA content in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group and Salvia miltiorrhizagroup (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The drug serum of Salvia miltiorrhiza have regulating effects on the pathological conditions of VEC vascular regulatingsubstance and free radicals, can maintain the dynamic stability of nitric oxide and endothelin, and can remove free radicals and maintain the normaloperation of vascular physiological function, thus contribute to the prevention and treatment of blood stasis syndrome.
