盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合复方金钱草颗粒对输尿管双J管留置术后IPSS及OABSS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合复方金钱草颗粒对输尿管双J管留置术后IPSS及OABSS评分的影响。方法:对我院2015年4月—2017年4月收治的80例输尿管双J管留置患者的临床资料进行统计分析,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合复方金钱草颗粒治疗组(联合治疗组,n=40)和单独盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗组(单独治疗组,n=40)两组,对两组患者的尿急症状、IPSS、OABSS、QOL评分、术后并发症发生情况进行统计分析。结果:联合治疗组患者的尿急症状、IPSS、OABSS评分均显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),QOL评分显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率30.0%(12/40)显著低于单独治疗组45.0%(18/40)(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合复方金钱草颗粒较单独盐酸坦洛新缓释片更能有效降低输尿管双J管留置术后IPSS及OABSS评分。Objective To investigate the influences of Tanzania Rosing hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with compound Jinqiancaogranules in IPSS and OABSS scores after operation of double J urethra. Methods： The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with double J ureteral inour hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were statistically analyzed, these patients were divided into Tanzania Rossing hydrochloride sustainedreleasetablets combined with compound Jinqiancao granules treatment group （combined treatment group, n=40） and separate Tanzania Rossinghydrochloride sustained-release tablets treatment group （single treatment group n=40） two group according to the treatment methods, the urgencysymptoms, IPSS, OABSS, QOL scores, postoperative complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： The urgency symptoms,IPSS and OABSS scores of the combined treatment group were significantly lower （P〈0.05）; the QOL score was significantly higher （P〈0.05）; thepostoperative complications rate 30.0% （12/40） was significantly lower than the single treatment group 45.0% （18/40） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TanzaniaRossing hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with compound Jinqiancao granules can more effectively reduce IPSS and OABSS scoresafter operation of double J urethra than separate Tanzania Rossing hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.
