摘  要:该文对蛋白印迹技术有关操作实验优化进行了报道,在蛋白印迹实验中,蛋白质样本经凝胶电泳后,根据检测目的蛋白质分子量的位置,该文利用小PVDF膜转移蛋白,考马斯亮蓝染色观察,发现小膜转移具有节约资源和方便操作的优点。此外,为了解决蛋白印迹实验中部分操作、表述和交流中的问题,该文在凝胶电泳玻璃板中央设计了纵横相交的标尺刻度。实践表明,此设计有利于完善与凝胶电泳相关的生物医学分析手段。It was reported that the experimental optimization of the operation on protein blotting. In the protein blotting experi-ment ,those protein samples electrophoresed in gel were transferred into a small PVDF according to the place of molecular weight of the target protein. After Commassie Blue staining and checking, it was found that in small PVDF with an advantage of saving resources and convenient operation in that experiment. In addition, a cross scale was designed in the center of the gel electrophoretic glass plate to re-solve some problems of partial experiment operation, description and communication in the process in the western blot of the pro-tein. Practice shows that the design is conducive to improving the gel electrophoresis associated with biomedical analysis.
