摘 要:创新人才培养是社会发展对高等工程教育提出的新要求,如何科学设置有利于提升学生工程实践能力和创新能力的实践教学体系是人才培养的核心内容之一。该文以提高测控技术与仪器专业本科生实践与创新能力为目标,在对学生实践能力和工程素质构成要素进行分析的基础上,将本专业实践内容分为基本实践、专业实践、工程实践三个层次,论述了各层次能力培养与课程实践教学环节间的依赖关系,提出了贯穿大学4年的全方位实践教学体系设计方案和具体实施途径。The cultivation of innovative talents is a new requirement of social development to higher engineering education. How to set up the practical teaching system which is conducive to the students, engineering practice ability and innovation ability is one of the core contents of personnel training. The purpose of this paper focuses on improving the practice and innovation ability of undergraduate students major in Measurement & Control Technology and Instrumentation. Based on the analysis of students’ engineering quality and practical skills, the paper divides the practical skills into basic level practice, professional practice, and engineering practice. I t dis-cusses the dependency relationship between the ability cultivation at all levels and the teaching practice of curriculum practice. Put forward the design scheme and the concrete implementation way of the all-round practice teaching system in the undergraduates study.
