摘 要:为评价"HFW焊管+热张力减径+热处理"(简称SEW工艺)工艺新型N80焊管耐蚀性能,对新型N80焊管和N80无缝管进行高温高压腐蚀速率试验、电化学试验、沟槽腐蚀试验等研究。检测结果:新型N80焊管和常规N80无缝管高温高压均匀腐蚀速率分别为1.59mm/a和1.62mm/a;新型N80焊管对沟槽腐蚀不敏感,沟槽腐蚀敏感系数为1.132,小于标准要求的1.3。电化学试验表明两种管材的耐蚀性能基本相近;结果表明新型N80焊管与常规N80无缝管耐蚀性相当,为新型N80焊管的推广提供理论依据。For the evaluation of the“HFW pipe + hot stretch reducing + heat treatment process (SEW process) model N80 pipe corrosion resistance of high temperature and high pressure, corrosion rate test, electrochemical test, groove corrosion test of new N80 and N80 seamless pipe. Results: the new N80 pipe and conventional N80 seamless pipe in high temperature and high corrosion rate were 1.59mm/a and 1.62mm/a; the new N80 pipe is not sensitive to the groove corrosion, corrosion sensitive coef?cient of groove is 1.132, less than the standard requirements of 1.3. Electrochemical tests show that the corrosion resistance and performance of the two kinds of pipes are basically similar. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the new N80 welded pipe is comparable to that of the conventional N80 seamless tube, which provides a theoretical basis for the popularization of the new N80 welded pipe.
