摘 要:为研究焊接残余应力及应变对加强型节点力学性能的影响规律,应用ANSYS有限元模拟翼缘板加强型节点和盖板加强型节点的焊接过程,并将模拟结果与普通刚性节点进行对比.研究表明,焊接残余应力场、应变场在节点受力前作为初始场已经存在,且分布规律与节点类型有关.For investigating the influence rules of welding residual stress and strainmechanical behavior of reinforced joint,the FEA software ANSYS is used to simulate the welding process for both the flange-reinforced joints and the coverplate-reinforced joints in this paper. Comparisons are made with the common rigid joints to illustrate formance of the reinforced joints. The results demonstrate that the welding residual stress and strain fields exist as initial fields before applying loads on the joints,and the distribution rules are depended on the type of joints.
