圆管法测硅酸钙板导热系数的试验研究

摘　　要：根据圆管法绝热层稳态传热性质测定的规范,以管道保温为试验平台,搭建了试验台并设计了相关的测试系统,且通过试验测量了硅酸钙板在不同温度下的导热系数,最后将试验结果回归到线性方程,并与平板法理论结果作对比,为实际工程的选材提供依据.According to the thermal insulation determination of steady-state thermal transmission properties-pipe insulation apparatus,the test bench is built and the related test system is designed by using the heat insulation of pipeline as the testing platform in the paper.And the thermal conductivity of calcium silicate board at different temperatures is measured by experiments.Finally,the test results are returned to the linear equation and compared with the theoretical results of the plate method,which provide the basis for material selection in practical engineering.
